Britney specializes in anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, work-related problems, school-related problems, social anxiety, panic attacks, grief counseling, relationship issues, and anger management.
She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and Masters of Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University.
Britney specializes in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, stress, and anger management. She enjoys using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help individuals overcome life stressors.
