Biography
Personal Experience
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida in 2022. Before that, I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. During my time in my master's program and after graduation, I have gained experience helping individuals of all ages navigate stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges.
While I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques, I believe in the importance of personalizing my approach to meet the needs and goals of each individual. I am also trained in Safe and Sound Protocol, which is a listening therapy that utilizes music to regulate the nervous system.
