Biography
Personal Experience
I am a dedicated Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. I obtained my Master's in Social Work from Walden University. I have a desire in helping vulnerable populations with a focus area in trauma, abuse, domestic violence abuse survivors, mental health, teen girls and women issues. I Specializes in trauma, addiction, abuse, couples, and women’s issues. Due to my own personal experience of emotional abuse, it is my calling to be a therapist and help others conquer their past traumatic experiences. I have survived through my own issues of emotional abuse, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and lack of trust towards others and now live a life full of joy, peace, and victory. I am here to help others heal and conquer the traumatic effects of abuse, strengthen their resilience and identify their self-worth and strengths.
My academic journey reflects my commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations. My focus areas include trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, abuse intervention, and couples therapy, showcasing a holistic approach to social work. My enthusiasm for social work goes beyond the academic realm; it is a calling to contribute positively to the lives of those I serve. Through my internship and future endeavors, I aspire to be a beacon of support for women and teen girls, promoting mental health and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
Currently, I am providing counseling to teens, and adults.
