Hi there, welcome to my page! I am so excited to be part of your counseling journey. I’m a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a passion for helping people work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship hardships, and more. I’ve lived in Central Florida my whole life and feel really connected to the community here, loving a day at a theme park, the beach, or a music festival when I am not in therapist mode :). In sessions, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, and strive to bring my true authentic (sometimes humorous) self into sessions as well. I believe the relationship formed within therapy is one of the best tools for success, so I look forward to learning about your world as we explore ways together to grow within it!
