About
If you are tired of holding it together while quietly falling apart, you are in the right place. My work is trauma-informed, relatable, fun and intentional. I specialize in EMDR and somatic therapy, which means we don't just talk about what happened. We pay attention to how your body has learned to survive it. Trauma lives in the nervous system, not just in memory, and healing requires more than insight alone. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling anxious, shut down, reactive, or exhausted on the inside. Or, maybe you believe you have hit your rock bottom. Either way, therapy becomes a place to slow things down, build safety in the body, and gently address experiences that are still shaping the present. I am skilled in working with attachment wounds, childhood emotional neglect, relationship trauma, complex family dynamics, and the impact of cultural or religious guilt. I also work well with clients who have tried therapy before and left feeling unseen or misunderstood. My style is warm, direct, and steady. I offer compassion without coddling and honesty without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and respectful of your nervous system. The goal is not to fix you. There is nothing wrong with you, but I can help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your choices, and more grounded in who you are. If you are ready for therapy that feels skilled, human, and supportive, I would be honored to work with you.
