I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I provide a warm, supportive space where children, teens, adults, and older adults can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect. I believe healing begins within a safe relationship where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. For those who desire it, I offer Christian counseling, integrating faith-based principles and biblical perspectives into the therapeutic process in a way that supports your spiritual and emotional growth. My goal is to help you strengthen resilience, rediscover hope, and move forward with clarity and confidence. In my free time I enjoy traveling, and spending time with my husband, adult kids, grandbaby, and the many animals on my hobby farm.
