Hi, my name is Julia! I’m a trauma-informed therapist with years of experience working with complex trauma. I specialize in supporting people who have survived difficult, layered experiences and are ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of their lives. I’m trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I integrate these approaches in ways that are practical, compassionate, and tailored to you. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and met exactly where you are, not where you “should” be. Whether you’re navigating overwhelming emotions, dissociation, relationship struggles, or family strain, we’ll move at a pace that feels steady and manageable. When I’m not in sessions, you’ll probably find me hiking, reading, or watching a good horror movie. I believe in the power of stories; the scary ones, the painful ones, and the ones where resilience wins. Your story matters, and I'd love to help you feel more in control of how it unfolds next.
