Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate in helping individuals, couples and families gain the insight, awareness and skills to live their lives to the fullest. Lauren is especially passionate in helping children, teenagers and young adults, find the ability to build healthy relationships while managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, relational trauma and other roadblocks that might interfere with living a genuine and authentic life.
