Whether you are experiencing anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges, supporting your family, exploring your identity, healing from trauma, or simply looking for a place to feel understood, I want you to know that you do not have to face it alone. I am here to walk alongside you and be part of your healing journey by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. My own healing journey is what inspired me to become a therapist. Before I experienced therapy, I did not fully understand how powerful it could be. Through my own experience, I realized that when we avoid or bury our pain, it does not disappear. It often continues to influence our lives in ways we may not even recognize. That realization changed my life and led me to this work. I believe therapy is an opportunity to heal, grow, and rediscover yourself. My hope is to help you move beyond simply getting through each day and instead begin living a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who you are.
