My approach to therapy is person-centered, which means I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted, just as you are. In our work together, I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you who to be. Instead, I walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your unique experience. I aim to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned. I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, whether that is changes in relationships, career paths, identity, or direction. These moments can feel overwhelming, but they can also be opportunities to reconnect with yourself and what matters to you. I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and earned my Master’s degree from Simmons University. My style is warm and collaborative. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending time outdoors and crafting, which help me stay present and grounded.
