Progress Counseling Group Appoints Natalie Nejad, LMHC, as Center Leader for Orlando Counseling Center
Orlando, FL – October 1, 2025
Progress Counseling Group (PCG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Nejad, LMHC, as Center Leader of the Orlando Counseling Center, effective October 1, 2025.
Natalie has been an integral part of PCG since 2023, consistently demonstrating excellence in client care, collaboration with colleagues, and a deep commitment to PCG’s mission of providing accessible, high-quality mental health services.
In her new role, Natalie will:
- Lead the on-site supervision of clinicians at the Orlando Counseling Center.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new providers to expand the clinical team.
- Oversee performance management to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care.
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical staff and leadership, fostering collaboration and communication.
Represent PCG’s values by promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients.
