Thank you for reaching out! I am looking forward to working with you!
Let’s redefine hope; some challenges in life are not personally chosen. Together we can work on promoting healing and growth in a safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment where you can freely express yourself, and feel understood. I provide therapeutic intervention for those who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anticipatory grief, and adjustment disorder due to changes in circumstances and relationships, chronic illness, life limiting diagnosis, caregiver burnout, and end of life.
I have a genuine compassion and understanding for individuals, their place in life, and their needs. I have a non-directive interviewing approach that is meant to be collaborative, empathetic, and honest. I offer both in office and virtual sessions through a secure video platform. At this time, I am only providing counseling for adults.
I received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I have spent over fifteen years working with children, teens, adults, and elders in different settings. Specializing in a Person-Centered approach, with an existential, motivational, and mindfulness focus.
Yo hablo Español.
