Lauren believes in working with people of all ages and all backgrounds to help them gain the skills to live their lives to the fullest. She has experience working with individuals from many cultures, backgrounds, genders, and ages. Her passion is to help individuals, especially children, teenagers, and young adults, find the ability to build healthy relationships while managing anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and other roadblocks that might interfere with living a genuine and authentic life.

Lauren earned her Masters of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. She provides individual, couples, and family counseling. She has experience working in outpatient settings and community mental health. Using an integrated approach in counseling Lauren believes in adapting her therapeutic style based on individual needs. Lauren has specific trainings in trauma and play therapy interventions. Some of the theoretical approaches she uses include attachment theory, REBT, person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy.
