Viktoria is a counselor who brings a warm and compassionate approach to her counseling practice. She believes that counseling should be strengths-focused and empowering. She has worked extensively with individuals and families from around the world with diverse cultural and religious beliefs. She believes in creating a strong and trusting counseling relationship with each individual in a non-judgmental space.
Viktoria specializes in helping people work through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. She has a specific passion for working with college students and young adults who are navigating new seasons of life. Viktoria utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and other theoretical practices in her sessions.
Viktoria earned a Master of Social Work from Florida State University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. In her free time, Viktoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, baking, exercising, and painting.
