Hello! Thanks for being here. As a therapist, I provide a space to explore the things that might be bothering you. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. Together, we can discover what's challenging you and what you want moving forward. I have extensive experience with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person's concerns and preferences, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Through guided and open conversations, we can make sense of what's happening and develop practical ways to respond differently.
