Amira is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who is passionate about helping clients develop the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change in their lives. She enjoys working with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of past relational wounds. Her approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Amira is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping skills to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.
