My approach is person-centered, meaning I strive to meet you where you are with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique experiences by tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, difficulties with emotional regulation, and the unique pressures that often come with being a high achiever. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
