Hello! I am a Mental Health Counseling intern with the Progress Counseling Group. I provide free initial consultations and low cost counseling that is focused on working on self esteem, depression, anxiety, helping people with life transitions, mindfulness techniques, working with LGBTQIA+ clients and more. I am open to working with clients of all different ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. Let's work on growing and healing together.
