Hello! I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern based in Orlando, Florida. I specialize in trauma therapy and primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I help my clients reconnect with their sense of Self and feel at home in their body again. If you've been in therapy before and have felt uncertain about whether therapy can really help, IFS offers a different, effective, way forward.
