Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I feel I am most comfortable working with pre-teens, teens and adults. My specialty is working with client who have anger issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, abuse and neglect of children and adults and the LGBTQ population. I believe in empowering the client with the tools they currently have and to recognize the tools they didn't realize they had within their reach. Personal Experience
I have worked with clients for 16 years in various roles: DCF Child Investigations & Supervision and Adoptions. Through DCF, I was trained in the State Domestic Violence Advocate and in Couples Counseling using Prepare/Enrich Model.
I have worked for over 6 years using CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Positive Psychology, Trauma Informed Care, and various other therapeutic approaches tailored to the client's needs.
