I am an American and French Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I studied psychology in the United States and specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy, which has shaped my understanding of how relationships, family dynamics, culture, and life experiences influence emotional well-being. My bicultural background allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and respect. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where healing and personal growth can flourish. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while gaining practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. My clinical focus includes working with anxiety, depression, relationship and marital concerns, communication difficulties, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, emotional regulation, grief and loss, stress management, and major life transitions. I also enjoy helping clients strengthen self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, improve self-trust, and develop resilience during difficult seasons of life. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Strengths-Based approaches. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside my clients to identify what is most effective for their personal goals and circumstances. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, strengthen emotional intimacy, rebuild trust, navigate conflict more effectively, and create healthier patterns of interaction. I believe that relationships thrive when both individuals feel emotionally safe, valued, and understood. Clients often describe me as empathetic, genuine, encouraging, and easy to talk to. While I provide a space for reflection and emotional processing, I also help clients identify practical strategies they can implement in their daily lives. My goal is not only to help clients manage current challenges but also to equip them with the skills and confidence needed to maintain long-term emotional wellness.
