With more than 15 years in the helping professions, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my background as a firefighter and paramedic, combined with extensive therapeutic experience across all ages and stages of life. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, school and work-related stressors, anger/aggression, and communication challenges, to name a few.
