Jamila “Jay” Millette, is a Jersey native, currently residing in Florida. Jay has an eclectic approach to the art and science of therapy. She utilizes a therapy called Confidence Counseling, with the use of expressive arts (movement, writing, drawing etc); as well as Talk therapy in the form of Cognitive Behavioral methods to facilitate great healing with and for those who desire greater esteem in themselves. Humor is an element of her practice, as well as elements and philosophy of Yoga (unity with mind, body and soul).
