Before becoming a therapist, I was a first responder. I know what it is like to hold it together for others while carrying more than you show. Whether you are processing trauma, working through depression or anxiety, managing ADHD, or navigating family stress, you deserve a space where you can be honest without judgment. I am Joseph, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I work with children as young as six, teenagers, and adults, and I bring both the credentials and the lived experience to meet you where you are. My approach is structured and compassionate. Using tools from trauma-focused CBT and MATCH, which is a structured approach when working with children, we examine the thoughts behind your reactions, process difficult experiences, and build coping strategies that hold up in real life. You bring what is on your mind; I bring the tools and a steady presence to work alongside you.
