I am a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in clinical social work at Simmons University, with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a strong belief in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings.
I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique pace and capacity for growth. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that is collaborative, supportive, and empowering—where clients feel truly heard and valued.
Outside of my professional work, I prioritize self-care through activities like coloring, crafting, and spending time outdoors. These personal practices help me stay grounded and reflect the importance I place on balance and well-being, both for myself and those I work with.
I am currently training under supervision and committed to continual growth as a clinician. Whether you're navigating life transitions, coping with anxiety or depression, or simply looking for a place to talk, I’m here to support you in a way that feels authentic and respectful of your individual needs.
