Thank you for visiting my profile! I am truly excited about the possibility of partnering with you on your personal journey. We all face challenges, and sometimes those challenges can feel insurmountable. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with the support and tools needed to move through these challenges effectively. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can heal, grow, and create the fulfilling life they deserve. A little about my background: I grew up in Maryland, pursued my education in Massachusetts, and later moved to Florida, where I started my family. I am a proud parent of four children, ranging in age from 15 to 33. My journey has been both engaging and transformative—I have worked in public accounting, been a stay-at-home mom, and homeschooled my children using a classical approach for twenty years. My oldest children were able to build on that approach and have graduated from Harvard and UCal Berkeley. These experiences have shaped my perspective on the importance of resilience, hard work, and personal growth. In 2019, I returned to school to earn my master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Counseling has allowed me to merge my passion for personal growth with my desire to support others in their healing process.
