Hello, and welcome! I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with experience as a School Counselor since 2013. I support individuals in working through life’s challenges, building resilience, and pursuing meaningful personal goals. My background in School Counseling has deepened my understanding of the social, emotional, and family-related stressors that young people and their families often experience. I believe early support can foster healthy development and lasting well-being. I use evidence-based approaches to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. My counseling style is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each person’s needs. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and empowering space where clients can make positive choices and strengthen their overall well-being.
