Sonia Lozano
About
Living with ADHD, trauma, grief, or major life transitions can make everyday life feel harder than it should. I help adults, teens, and families manage ADHD, regulate emotions, and navigate life changes by building practical tools they can use in everyday life, so things feel more manageable and less overwhelming. My work is active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, I focus on helping clients see real progress, not just insight, but skills they can use between sessions. I also facilitate bilingual support groups (Grupo en Español) for ADHD, grief, trauma, and life transitions, offering culturally responsive spaces for connection and healing. Services are available in English and Spanish. If insurance concerns are holding you back, you’re not alone. I work with a variety of coverage options and welcome you to reach out so we can explore insurance, out-of-network benefits, or self-pay options together. If you’re ready to get started, I invite you to schedule an appointment and take the next step toward feeling more focused, supported, and in control.
