Hi! My name is Sophia Campofiore, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe and welcoming space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted. My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I utilize play therapy, CBT, DBT, and client-centered techniques to help clients better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, strengthen their self-esteem, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers but about having someone alongside you as you work through the things that feel difficult. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself, grow at your own pace, and feel supported throughout the process.
