I’m Stefania, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) and Level 2 Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults find emotional balance and personal growth. I focus on anxiety and depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, children and youth, and holistic coaching. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with somatic techniques to support emotional well-being. I’m deeply passionate about guiding individuals through a journey of wholeness and self-discovery. Together, we will explore patterns of thought and behavior, process life’s experiences, and cultivate resilience, self compassion, and build the confidence to embrace your full potential.
