Yvonne meets her clients where they are without judgment to partner with them as they work toward emotional healing and the attainment of their goals. Yvonne uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help her clients identify and use the strengths they already possess to heal and grow. She utilizes various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to deliver targeted interventions that are personalized to each individual.
Yvonne is also trained in brain-based interventions such as Brainspotting and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
