Do you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, trauma, grief, chronic stress, relationship problems, or feeling constantly overwhelmed? I provide therapy for adults who feel mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want real, lasting change. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to "have it all together" on the outside while privately dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, chronic stress, or nervous system dysregulation. My approach goes beyond insight alone, the goal is meaningful change so you can feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself again. I integrate evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy with brain and nervous system-focused therapies such as Brainspotting, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) to help clients heal trauma, reduce anxiety, process grief, regulate the nervous system, and build emotional resilience.
