For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find balance and purpose through wellness. My approach integrates Eastern practices like meditation, yoga, and energy work with Western philosophies, creating a practical and holistic framework for growth.
As a former athlete, business owner, and mother, I understand the relentless culture of “doing.” I’ve been there—pushing hard, striving for success, and yet feeling like it’s never quite enough. That’s why I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, and high-performing professionals, who are navigating burnout, stress, or self-doubt. Together, we’ll shift from constant striving to a more effortless and aligned way of being.
The body holds an incredible wisdom to heal when given the right environment, and that’s where our work together begins. Through therapy, we’ll create a space where you feel deeply heard, supported, and free from judgment—where you can reconnect with yourself and redefine success on your own terms.
My offerings are as dynamic as the people I serve. I specialize in supporting life transitions, improving relationships, and managing stress. Depending on your needs, we might incorporate traditional talk therapy, walking sessions, or therapeutic yoga—tools to help you reclaim your energy and move forward with clarity.
If you’re ready to cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and others, navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, and create a life that feels more fulfilling, I’d love to partner with you.

Personal Experience
I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and completed my master’s in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Central Florida. My clinical training is grounded in a humanistic perspective and includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based modalities. As a systems thinker, I look at the whole person in the context of their environment, relationships, and life dynamics.
