What insurance plans do you accept?

We are in-network for most Insurance Companies and Employee Assistance Providers. Insurance plan acceptance may vary by provider. View our providers to find one that accepts your plan.

When will my credit card get charged?

Copayments, coinsurance amounts, and deductible payments are typically processed on the day of your appointment. After your visit, you will receive an invoice that outlines your financial responsibility, along with the amount billed to your insurance. Additionally, an electronic credit card receipt will be sent for all credit card charges.

If we are unable to verify your insurance benefits before your initial appointment, we will submit a claim to your insurance provider for review. Once we receive the determination or payment from your insurance company, any outstanding copayments or deductible amounts will be charged to the credit card on file in your profile.

What are my payment options?

The most convenient way to make a payment is through your Client Portal. We accept all major credit cards, as well as many HSA/FSA spending cards. Additionally, we partner with CareCredit, which offers a range of financing plans specifically tailored for healthcare treatments, making it easier to access the services you need. This partnership allows us to provide greater flexibility and convenience in supporting your journey toward wellness.

Standard Financing – Billed services are charged to your account like credit card transactions. Monthly payments are required, and interest will accrue.
Interest-Deferred Payment Plans – Billed services are charged to your account like credit card transactions. Monthly payments are required, and interest charges may be avoided if the full balance is paid within the promotional period.

*Minimum purchase required. If the full balance is not paid within the promotional period, you are responsible for interest charges.
