We all have moments when our emotions are too much to bear, and we are unsure how to move forward. We may feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, confused, angry, and maybe even numb. My goal is to give you the tools needed to handle these stressors effectively, so you can move through them with fewer repercussions. I have personally witnessed how mental illness can quickly take over an individual’s life, which has been my motivation for becoming a therapist. I believe that everyone is capable and worthy of achieving everything they've desired, as long as they alter the thought patterns that have consistently held them captive, learn what strategies help them overcome tribulations, and ultimately develop true acceptance of themselves.

Biography
Personal Experience
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in General Psychology in 2019. In 2021, I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Central Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am a member of the Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida group. I have worked in many private practice settings, and have experience working with children (3+), preteens, teenagers, and adults. I have also worked with many challenges, ranging from depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA concerns, substance abuse, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem, co-dependency, women’s issues, ADHD and ASD, emotional regulation, and career counseling.
Using mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, I will assist you in developing a healthier mindset. Using a humanistic approach, I will strive to help you identify your strengths and worldview, become confident in your decision making, and learn how to become the narrator of your life.
In our work together, I promise to create a safe and accepting environment where you can be your authentic self while also allowing you to guide the way and move at your own pace.
