Biography
Personal Experience
With over 20 years practice experience, my areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention issues, martial conflict, parenting issues, adjustment difficulties, individual concerns, stress concerns, work environment situations, life coaching, blended family concerns, family court work and much more.
I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stetson University in 1995 and a Master of Social Work in 1999. Currently, I am providing counseling, and coaching to individuals ages 7 and up, couples, and families either in office or via telehealth.
I also provide Clinical Supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work and Registered Mental Health Counselor interns.
