Biography
Personal Experience
With over 15 years in helping professions, my extensive therapeutic experiences and background as a first responder allow me to connect deeply with clients of all ages. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, school and work-related stressors, anger/aggression, and communication challenges, to name a few. My passion lies in offering meaningful insight and understanding while guiding clients on their transformative journeys.
