Greetings, my name is Julienne “Jay” and I am a licensed therapist providing services to couples in married/committed relationships. Working with couples is a passion of mine, I have been supporting couples for over a decade now. If you’re in a relationship with concerns about communication, conflicts, betrayals, or other relationship stressors, I may be the therapist for you. I have helped many couples achieve the outcome of their shared relationship goals using my structured and unique process and these couples have gone on to experience a satisfying relationship life together. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and Attachment in Adults Couples. I also utilize a variety of other therapeutic approaches like Gottman and family systems theories that best meet my client's needs. When the relationship is in trouble it often creates troubles in other areas of life, such as work, social, and personal making it hard to enjoy life at all. I work with you to create a treatment plan customized specifically to address and relieve your emotional suffering as immediately as the first hour together.
