Together, we will collaborate to modify unhelpful thought patterns, examine your values, and cultivate self-awareness and resilience. My approach is grounded in several evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and humanistic counseling. My areas of focus consist of: anxiety, life transitions, stress/burnout, and relationship issues.
