Hey there! I’m Taylor. As a person living in 2025, I understand the unique pressures and challenges that come with living in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world. Whether it’s navigating relationships, career shifts, mental health struggles, or finding your purpose, I’m here to help you make sense of it all and support you in living a more authentic, fulfilling life—with a healthy dose of humor, empathy, and honesty. If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or relationships, or if you just need someone to talk to who “gets it,” I’m here for you. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be your true self without fear of judgment. That’s why I work with a client-centered, eclectic approach—meaning you’re in the driver’s seat of your journey, and I’m here to offer the insight and tools along the way. My goal is to help you find clarity, heal, and build the life that feels right for you. I’m proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, and I’m passionate about creating an inclusive space where people of all identities feel welcome and supported. I graduated with my BA in Psychology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2013 and my M.Ed in Counselor Education from Penn State in 2016. I have a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in school and community settings. I am entering my 9th year as a school counselor with the School District of Osceola County. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked with college-aged students and children in foster care. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals dealing with a wide array of personal and relational issues. In my spare time, I enjoy going on adventures with my son, husband and 2 dogs. My hobbies include cooking, reading, exercising, and dancing to Taylor Swift.
